How games run, how results are determined, and how disputes are handled.
This policy describes the rules common to all CoinJack games and how outcomes are generated and verified.
Every game result is generated using a provably-fair scheme. A server seed is hashed and shown to you before play; combined with your client seed and an incrementing nonce, each outcome is derived via HMAC-SHA256.
After a server seed is rotated and revealed, you can independently re-compute any past result on the Provably Fair page to confirm it was not altered.
You may change your client seed at any time. Doing so begins a new sequence of outcomes.
The nonce increases by one with each bet, ensuring every result in a sequence is unique and verifiable.
A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and the wager has been deducted from your balance.
Wagers must be greater than zero and within your available balance. Bets that cannot be funded are rejected.
Each game displays its multipliers and effective house edge. Payouts are calculated automatically from the verified outcome and your stake.
Theoretical return-to-player figures are long-run averages; individual sessions will vary.
Any malfunction voids the affected play. If a result cannot be properly determined or recorded due to a technical fault, the round is treated as void and the wager is returned where possible.
Where available, auto-bet runs a sequence of wagers using your chosen staking and stop rules. You remain responsible for the settings you configure, including any stop-on-loss limits.
If you believe a result is incorrect, you can verify it yourself using the seeds and nonce. Unresolved concerns can be raised with support, who can walk through the verification with you.
